• Sole agent of siemens Ag , while MR. S . habib is a shareholder of
Siemens ltd Egypt.
• Agent and major importer of agricultural chemicals , insecticides,
pesticides and fertilizers. Sales of such products are covered by distributors
network.
• Export of indoor and outdoor ornamental plants.
• Export of fruits and vegetables.
• Technical studies to develop agricultural areas and providing
consultancy for the best use of different elements to grow agricultural crops.

head office is located in Zamalek , cairo , employing approx.
35 employees. Dr . M . A EL Ghandour , a recognized agricultural expert in
Egypt , is the head of highly educated and trained staff . |
CENTECH
through MR . S . Habib owns two farms :
1- Egypt Green- Mansouria 2- Egypt Green – El shorouk
Egypt Green – Mansouria
It is the leading farm in producing high standard indoor and outdoor ornamental
plants for the local and international markets. The farm was supervised , since
it started , by specialized dutch experts, which made it convenient for the
management to send its engineers and technicians for training in nurseries in
Holland.
Thus, the farm has become equipped with the most sophisitcated and up to date
technological and scientific agricultural equipement.
Egypt Green (Safwat Habib) farm is located in Mansouria, Imbaba, Giza/Egypt on
an area of 28 acres, employing more than 80 professional engineers and more
than 200 employees.

Egypt Green – El shorouk
It is one of the leading farms in producing fruits and vegetables and it has 2
nurseries; one is for fruits and the other for ornamental plants.
The managing director, DR . Adel El Ghandour, is also technical supervisor,
puts forth great efforts to initiate , modify and fllow up on all fertilizing ,
irrigation and anti-pesticides plans with the help of experts, engineers and
the rest of the management staff.
The farm hosts foreign experts and communes with local and international
scientific institutes in order to gather information on the best technioues to
upgrade and expand the fram.
A special unit for packing grapes was established and acquired recognition of
approval for high quality.
Accordingly , in 2003 the farm received the Euro GAP certificate (good
agricultural practice) for grapes and oranges.
Egypte Green (El shorouk) farm is located on an area of 550 acres at the km 72
of the Cairo/Alexandria desert road , employing over 60 professional engineers
and more than 200 people.

with Egypt’s geographical position and its mild climate , we are given a wide
window of opportunity of exporting to Europe , as we are capable to produce a
large variety of fruits and vegetables in the middle of the European winter
season.
Additionally , we have two fully operative nurseries one for fruits , and the
the other for ornamental plants . the reputation of our fruit production puts
us in a leading position in the egyption market , as for the ornamental plants
, we may proudly stste that we are the biggest producer in Egypt and have
successfully manged to export primarily to arab and some European countries.
Egypt’s government at the moment is trying to rectify the existing trade
deficit ; the first harsh step taken was the floating of the egyption pound
which eventually led to a fifty percent reduction in our currency , on the
brighter side this bossted our chance for export.

في الزمالك بالقاهرة ويعمل به حوالي 35 موظف من ذوي التعليم والتدريب العالي ويقوم
الدكتور محمد عادل الغندور،وهو من اشهر الخبراء في مجال الزراعة في مصر برئاستهم.

ايجيبت جرين المنصورية
هي الرائدة في انتاج نباتات الزينة الداخلية والخارجية للسوق المحلي والعالمي.
وقد قامت المزعة منذ بدء انشائها علي خبرة هولندية متخصصة وقد اوفدت ادارة المزرعة
مهندسيها للتدريب في مشاتل هولندية كل في اختصاصه فاصبحت إدارة المزرعة الفنية علي
أعلي مستوي تقني، مستعينة باحدث اساليب العلم ومراكز الآبحاث من حيث الأنتاج
وإلإعداد للتسويق والزراعه مقامة علي مساحة 28 فدان ويعمل بها أكثر من 80 مهندس
وكذلك أكثر من 200 عامل.
ايجيبت جرين الشروق
احدي المزارع الرائدة والمتخصصة في إنتاج ثمار الخضر والفاكهة وكذلك مشاتل زينة.
ويقوم الدكتور محمد عادل الغندور مدير عام المزرعة بإلإشراف الفني وإلإداري بوضع
ومتابعة وتعديل خطط التسميد والري ومقاومة ألآفات مع الأستاذة المتخصصين
والمهندسين والإداريين. وكذلك استقدام الخبراء المتخصصين من الدول الأجنبية
والاتصال بالهيءات العلمية المحلية والعالمية والأطلاع ونشر الأبحاث العالميو
وتطبيقها في المزرعة (الشروق).
وقد تم انشاء محطة تعبأه خاصه لتصدير العنب من إنتاج المزرعة ومزارع أخري وقد حاز
المنتج علي الكثير من شهادات الجودة.لذا استحقت المزرعة الحصول علي شهادة
الجاب(الممارسات الزراعيه الجيده) للعنب والبرتقال.مزرعة إيجيبت جرين الشروق مقامة
علي مساحة 550 فدان عند الكيلومتر 72طريق مصر/الآسكندريه الصحراوي، ويعمل بها أكثر
من مهندس محترف وكذلك أكثر من 200 عامل.
نظرآ لموقع مصر الجغرافي ومناخها المعتدل متيحا لنا فرص عديدة لتصدير منتجاتنا
الفاخره للدول ألأوروبية حجيث إننا قادرون علي ثصدير أ،واع متعددة ومتميزة من ثمار
الفاكهة والخضر إلي أوروبا في موسم الشتاء القارس بها.

بالإضافة لكل هذا تمتلك شركة سنتك مشتلان يعملان بكامل طاقاتهما ،الأول للفاكهة
والأخر لنباتات الزينة .
إن الشهرة التي حصلنا عليها في مجال إنتاج الفاكهة تضعنا في صفوف المراكز الأولي
في السوق المصري . وبالنسبة إلي نباتات الزينة فلنا الفجر أن نقول بأننا أكبر منتج
في مصر لها وقمنا بنجاح كامل لتصديرها إلي دول عربيه وبعض الدول الأوروبية.
وتعمل الحكومة المصرية حاليا علي تصليح العجز بالميزان التجاري وكانت الخطوة
ألأولي الصعبة هي تعويم الجنية المصري والذي أدي إلي تخفيض قيمة الجنية بما يعادل
حوالي خمسون بالمائه ومن الناحية ألأخري فهذا الخفض سيؤدي إلي رفع وزيادة فرصنا في
التصدير.
